Appointment Policy

At Luxe Level Aesthetics, a credit card is required to be on file for all customers booking an appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment. Only one adult, aged 18 or older, may accompany a client to their appointment.

If you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance, a $75 fee will be assessed. Due to the high demand for our practitioners, a no-show fee of $250 will be assessed. 

We are happy to work with you to correct an issue, however, we do not offer refunds. 

No children under the age of 18 are permitted in the office.
