  • How experienced are your staff members?

    Our highly trained team of doctors and nurses have over 15 years of experience in the field and possess superior medical artistry. When you're ready to schedule your IPL appointment, get in touch with us.

  • What should I expect during my first visit?

    During your first visit, you can expect a warm greeting from our lovely team. You will then be escorted to our spacious, private treatment rooms where our providers will walk you through a thorough initial consultation when any questions or concerns will be addressed prior to proceeding with any treatments. Some treatments will require a follow-up, but rest assured we will hold your hand every step of the way.   • Are your treatments safe?

    As one of the top med spas in the area, our providers practice safely and have the proper tools to prevent and treat any complications that could potentially arise. These may include but are not limited to bruising, swelling, or redness at the injection or treatment site.

  • How long do the treatments take, and what is the downtime?

    Each treatment is individually tailored to a client's needs and can last anywhere from five minutes to an hour or so. Downtime post-treatment is dependent upon the individual treatment. However, we do our best to minimize any downtime. Please ask your provider about individual treatment options and solutions for any of our services, including IPL.   • What skincare products do you use, and are they available for purchase?

    We use medical-grade skincare products in our office. We have carefully curated and tested all products we sell. We carry Plated Skin Science and Skinbetter Science products that may be used during or post-procedure. Both are available for purchase in the clinic.   • What payment options do you accept?

  • Do you offer consultations? Is there a fee?

    Consultations at med spas are a great way to get to know your provider and ask any questions you may have. Consultations are $50 and will be credited to your account, should you proceed with any treatments.

  • How do I prepare for a specific treatment?

    Each treatment varies. Please speak with our staff regarding any specific questions you may have. Industry standards are to avoid alcohol before receiving treatment to minimize bruising and downtime. Come to us for your IPL treatments and see why Connecticut residents love us!

  • What is the cancellation and refund policy?

    Should you cancel your appointment less than 48 hours in advance, $75 will be assessed. Due to the high demand for our practitioners, a no-show fee of $250 will be assessed. Call Luxe Level Aesthetics, one of the most experienced med spas around.

    Luxe Level gift certificates make great gifts and are available for purchase in our clinic.

  • Is there an age requirement for certain treatments?

    Most treatments are for 18+ years of age. Please speak with our staff with any questions because some treatments may or may not be appropriate.
